PRS MAINTENANCE
We support the inspection, maintenance and refurbishment of pressure reduction stations and associated equipment. Works can include station strip-downs, regulator and pilot checks, component replacement, functional testing and controlled recommissioning.
CATHODIC PROTECTION
We provide cathodic protection installation, inspection and maintenance to help control corrosion on buried steel pipelines. Services can include test-post installation, potential measurements, anode replacement and investigation of system performance.
PROTECTIVE COATINGS
Correctly applied protective coatings help prevent corrosion and extend the working life of pipelines, fittings and above-ground installations. We undertake surface preparation, coating application, inspection and repair in accordance with the specified system and project requirements.
PLANNED SHUTDOWN
Our team can support planned shutdowns from early preparation through to final recommissioning. We coordinate with the wider project team to manage isolations, venting, modifications, testing and the safe return of the asset to service.
