SQUEEZE OFF
Controlled squeeze-off provides a safe and effective method of temporarily stopping flow within polyethylene gas pipelines.
MTS Contracting Ltd can undertake squeeze-off operations on systems up to 500mm at 2 bar and up to 315mm at 7 bar, subject to pipe specification, condition and network requirements.
BAG STOP
Bag stopping provides temporary pipeline isolation where conventional valves are unavailable or unsuitable.
Working with our specialist delivery partners, we can support planned and emergency bag-stop operations on pipelines up to 48 inches, including installation, monitoring and controlled reinstatement.
STOPPLE
Stopple systems provide a secure temporary isolation on larger-diameter pipelines on PE, Cast, Ductile and Steel while allowing modifications, repairs or maintenance to proceed.
Through our specialist partners, MTS Contracting can support engineered stopple operations on pipelines up to 36 inches.

Specifically used to isolate low pressure gas metallic pipelines, our IRIS line stop equipment is deployed through access points drilled into the main or through the outlet of.
